What began as a dream inside a small family garage has grown into two locations proudly serving the Coachella Valley.
In 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, we took a leap of faith and transformed our garage into the birthplace of Kimkey Shrimp Seafood Boil. Every seafood boil was prepared by hand, every order was made with love, and every customer became part of our story.

After months of preparing seafood boils from our garage and receiving incredible support from our community, we proudly opened our first Kimkey Shrimp Seafood Boil restaurant in Indio. This location represents the beginning of an exciting journey that continues to grow every day.
